RECENT WORK: SEATTLE HEBREW ACADEMY IDENTITY

Home / Design / RECENT WORK: SEATTLE HEBREW ACADEMY IDENTITY

I recently partnered with SDM Marketing on new identity for the Seattle Hebrew Academy, a modern Orthodox Jewish day school in Seattle, WA.

The refreshed identity aligns with the school’s mission to help students live and learn with strong Jewish values, while becoming resilient problem solvers, critical thinkers, and global citizens.

The linear icon fuses the imagery of the tablets of stone and the Star of David — the color palette is grounded by the blues of the tallit. The logotype is based on a modern font that presents a fresh, contemporary look.

I also created a 70th anniversary graphic for their celebratory gala that embraced the design elements of the new identity while highlighting the unique architectural style of the school’s foundational buildings.
